The EUR document, the EUR reports and the support documents issued by the EUR organisation that can be found on this site remain the joint property of the EUR promoters after downloading.

COPYRIGHTS, RIGHTS OF USE

The whole EUR document the EUR reports and the support documents issued by the EUR organisation are copyrighted and all rights are reserved. Any recipient does not get any other right than information. If a recipient wants to make use of the documents downloaded from this site for any other purpose than information, it has to ask written permission to the EUR organisation. Such an authorisation can be granted after an application has been forwarded to the EUR organisation through the "contact, questions, comments" form of this site.

The EUR promoters assume no liability for any consequence of the use of any part of the EUR document, the EUR reports and the support documents issued by the EUR organisation by any third party. Neither the EUR Parties, nor any person acting on behalf of any of them:

Makes any warranty express or implied, with respect to the use of any information, apparatus, method or process disclosed in the EUR Document or the EUR Reports that such use may not infringe privately owned rights;

Assumes any liabilities with respect to the use of or for damages resulting from the use of any information, apparatus, method or process disclosed in the EUR Document or in the EUR Reports.
